R BAZAAR works with chefs and caterers so they can thrive and grow their business. We field calls for proposals, work with clients, gather chefs and present a globally blended table for events.

We currently partner with chefs specializing in the following cuisines: Cuban, Ethiopian, Sudanese, Middle Eastern, and Thai.

Sample Menus

  • Breakfast

    Cuban pastelitos and coffee, Vietnamese pastries, Middle Eastern savory stuffed buns (halal beef, vegetables and cheese)

  • Boxed or Buffet Lunches

    Ethiopian Box: Chicken Stew, Veggies, Rice and Injera/Vegetarian Lentil Stew, Veggies, Rice and Injera

  • Reception & Heavy Appetizers

    Vegetable spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce, papaya salad, potstickers, Sudanese or Ethiopian samosas

  • Dinner

    Chicken or Beef Panang Curry, Tofu Pad Thai, Mango Sticky Rice and Thai hot tea / Middle Eastern Buffet: Chicken Shawarma with pita bread and topping, Hummus & Baba Ghanouj, Baklava

The Global Kitchen is our collective concept where we currently coordinate Catering orders as well as share booth space at the South Pearl Street Farmers Market every Sunday 9am-1pm.
